BODYWORK

Tipper platform in galvanised steel sheet HX500, thickness 3 mm
• Rectangular tube side members, height 120 or 140 mm (depending on compass) and longitudinal spacers
• Sideboards in galvanised steel S355, height 350 mm, thickness 2 mm, fold-down, removable
• 90° and 180° sideboard opening, sideboards mechanically locked at 90° offering continuous alignment between the platform and the sideboard
• Closing of embedded sideboards
• Steel H350ZMA front face, height 450 mm, thickness 2 mm
• Cab Protect in galvanised steel, with grille (4.5 mm section), removable and without top cap
• Rear door in galvanised steel H350ZMA, height 450 mm, thickness 2 mm, automatic opening by cam at 15° (doorway 520 mm)
• Rubber opening stops on sideboards and rear door
• Rear pillars in galvanised steel, thickness 3 mm, removable, with adjustable fixing bolt and conical fittings
• Polypropylene fender flares with supports in unwrought aluminium
• Approved aluminium side protection, black powder paint
• Nickel Zinc treated bolts (5 times more resistant than standard galvanising)
• Tipping on spherical roller bearings fitted with coded pins (avoiding any false manoeuvre)
• Short dumping overhang: 340 mm
• Outer frame adapted to lashing


 


SUBFRAME

• S355 steel tipper, thickness 4 mm
• Tipping by COMPASS CYLINDER (no overhang under the subframe)
• 48° tipping angle
• Electrically driven pump unit, 12 or 24 volts depending on the vehicle
• 3 or 7 litre tank
• Hydraulic pressure 320 bars
• Wired remote control in cab

• Safety solenoid valve on cylinder

FINISH

• Galvanised elements: Steel sheet + 10 µm galvanisation + Shot blasting + 60 µm powder primer + 60 µm powder paint
• Non-galvanised elements: DKP metal sheet + Degreasing + Shot blasting + 60 µm powder primer + 60 µm powder paint
